This programme is designed to:

Key Responsibilities
As a learner, you will:
- Assist with daily business operations and administrative tasks
- Support different departments within the organisation
- Learn and use workplace systems and processes
- Contribute to team objectives and service delivery

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the WesBank Learnership 2026, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 to 34 years
- Be a South African citizen
- Be currently unemployed
- Not be studying at the time of application
- Have a Matric certificate and a post-matric qualification (graduate)
- Have less than 12 months of work experience (including part-time work)
- Be applying for their first formal job opportunity
- Not have participated in the FirstJob Programme or worked for FirstRand before
- Have a good command of English
- Have a clear criminal record
- Not be blacklisted
- Be willing to complete a 12-month learnership programme
