Key Responsibilities
As a DHL YES Learner, you will be expected to:
- Gain a clear understanding of client requirements and consistently work according to these standards.
- Acquire hands-on knowledge to correctly operate equipment and promptly report any technical defects.
- Record and report any non-conformance related to customer merchandise or operational processes.
- Work within designated operational areas as determined by management and business needs.
- Follow all operating procedures and maintain strict adherence to health and safety practices.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the DHL YES Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric certificate with English and Mathematics/Maths Literacy – Essential
- South African citizenship – Required
- Unemployed youth aged 18–29 years – Mandatory
Advantageous Qualifications
While not required, the following will be considered an added advantage:
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license
- Valid Forklift or Reach Truck license
