Successful learners will receive a monthly stipend and structured mentorship throughout the programme. Placement will depend on AVBOB’s business needs and available offices nationwide.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the AVBOB Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Must have a valid Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Passed English and Mathematics / Maths Literacy / Accounting in Matric
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
- Must not be employed or enrolled in any other learnership or formal studies
- Be willing to work at an AVBOB office in any province
- Must be a South African citizen
- Have good communication and computer skills (MS Office, email, internet)
- Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently
- Possess a reliable mode of transport
- Smartphone or laptop will be an added advantage
Additional Information
- This learnership is a 12-month full-time commitment.
- Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme.
- Placement of learners will be determined by AVBOB based on business and operational needs.
Preference will be given to suitably qualified individuals from previously disadvantaged groups, in line with AVBOB’s employment equity objectives.
